Features

Robust Construction: The main frame of the caterpillar haul off unit is made of high-quality welded steel plates, ensuring excellent rigidity and overall stability. It is easy to install and operate.
Pneumatic Tension Control: The belt traction mechanism utilizes pneumatic cylinders with corresponding upper and lower pressure roller devices. The pressure can be adjusted through a manual control valve, meeting the requirements of different cable processes.
No Bending or Deformation: The products being pulled do not experience bending or deformation. The pulling force and speed can be adjusted within a wide range to accommodate various wire and cable production specifications.
Horizontal and Vertical Wire Guides: The haul-off unit is equipped with horizontal and vertical wire guides, ensuring consistent running center for the cable during the hauling process.
