Wide Application for Multi-Specification Cables: Designed for power cable laying-up processes, it accommodates single-core cross-sections from 70mm² (Model 1250) to 240mm² (Model 1600), with a maximum capacity for 4×240mm² cables, covering mainstream specifications of low-to-medium voltage power cables.
High Efficiency & Stable Operation: The machine delivers a maximum rotational speed of 200 rpm and a constant line speed of 150 m/min, enabling continuous high-volume production while maintaining precise lay-up quality.
Uniform Tension & Superior Product Quality: The bow-type rotary structure ensures even tension distribution across all conductors, minimizing core deformation and insulation damage. This makes it ideal for stranded soft conductors and insulated cores, significantly reducing breakage rates and production waste.
